As a professional in exterior cleaning, I consider us the best pressure washing company in Mississippi. I read the article by Bob vila, and it is sound advice. Couple of things I wanted to mention, however. First - I don't think the pressure is good. The lower the water pressure, the safer the cleaning process for the surface of your siding is. Also, don't use bleach. It will burn your vegetation. You can get a gallon of Scott peroxide-based cleaner that works just as well.
